British Ambassador Chris Sainty formally presented his credentials to His Excellency the President of Portugal, Prof. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.
Mr. Sainty joined the Diplomatic Service in 1989.
He was appointed to succeed the former Ambassador Kirsty Hayes.
In his speech he told about his priorities which are Brexit, protection of the interests of the British community in Portugal and the best possible outcome for British families.
